eCMS v.4.1 SP3 Fix Pack 6 GA Announcement Fix Pack 6 for eCMS v.4.1 Service Pack 3 is now generally available for installation into production environments. This update requires CGC installation and a dedicated environment. Fix Pack 6 includes several new and changed menu options, modifications and enhancements to eCMS, some minor database changes, and the most recent bug fixes. Refer to the Release Notes for details. Fix Pack 6 includes all changes available since Fix Pack 5, including those in Hot Fix 501 and the 2020 First and Second Quarter-End Fix Packs (Q01 and Q02). Release Notes are available on the Customer Support Website. Hosted Customers: CGC will contact you to schedule the installation of Fix Pack 6. If you would like it installed sooner, please submit a ticket requesting FP6. Non-Hosted Customers: Please submit a ticket requesting Fix Pack 6 installation. CGC will then contact you to schedule the installation.
Q2/2020 Quarter-End Fix Pack GA Announcement The 2020 Second Quarter-End Fix Pack (Q02) is now generally available (GA) for installation. This quarter-end fix pack applies ONLY to environments at the following release levels: eCMS v.4.1 Service Pack 3, Fix Packs 3 thru 6 eCMS v.4.1 Service Pack 2, Fix Packs 7 and 8 Do you need this update? Is your eCMS environment at a release level specified above? Answer No: You do NOT need this update; it cannot be installed into your environment. Do you submit quarterly reporting to the state of Illinois and want to be able to submit a CSV file with Schedule P Detail Withholding information? Answer Yes – You need this update. Is your eCMS environment at SP3, but with a release level earlier than FP5 HF501 AND you need to see PSL State/Local information on the Department Master IDI listing? Note: This case was included in FP5 Hot Fix 501 and later updates. Answer Yes – You need this update. If you answered Yes to Question 1 and either Question 2 or 3, you need this update. Hot Fix 501 for eCMS v.4.1 SP3 Fix Pack 5 GA Announcement The Hot Fix 501 update for eCMS v.4.1 SP3 Fix Pack 5 is now generally available (GA) for installation. This update provides modifications, enhancements, and fixes for eCMS SP3 Fix Pack 5 environments. Please review the Release Notes for details! Installation of this Hot Fix update is dedicated; all users must be signed out of the eCMS environment while the update is being installed. For hosted customers: Computer Guidance will contact you to schedule the update installation. To request priority installation, please submit a ticket with your request. For non-hosted customers: The Hot Fix is not customer installable.
