Federal Tax Conversion Before First 2021 Payroll Checks

Dear Valued customer, The attached document describes the Federal Tax Table conversion that needs to take place sometime in December before you process the first payroll (checks dated 01/01/2021 or later). For our Hosted customers, this will be installed automatically in the next couple of weeks. Hosted customers will be notified when this takes place. For our Enterprise customers, we need you to submit an incident and give us 3 possible dates and times (if possible) that we can have the software delivery team schedule to install and execute the conversion. Everyone needs to be off the system to do this because the conversion involves screen changes to the Employee Master file. Federal Tax Conversion Documentation
