eCMS administrators now have an option to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (2-Step Validation) to enhance login security. By default, this feature will be disabled and have to be enabled by Admin as explained in section 1.1 below. For now, when enabled, the security code will be delivered via email only. Prior to enabling this feature, ensure all eCMS user profiles include valid user email account information. Coming soon, the eCMS administrator will have the capability to exclude specific users from requiring this authentication. To implement this security technology, you need to be at release eCMS v.4.1 Service Pack 5 or higher. The attached user guide gives you the steps to implement this security technology. After reviewing this documentation, if you feel additional guidance is needed, please submit an incident.
