Course Description: There is an ever-increasing need to empower field employees to collect and receive data digitally. Access to more real-time data translates into increased accuracy, greater awareness and faster evaluation for critical decisions. CGC’s Mobile Forms application converts your companies paper forms into mobile applications, enabling workers to collect and instantly share information in real-time with the office. The data received can be automatically routed via workflows and utilized for reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Mobile Forms leverages powerful, easy-to-use web-based technologies and are designed to be used online and offline on any smartphone, tablet, laptop, and desktop.
During this one-day workshop, you will learn how to digitize popular entry forms such as Time Cards, Daily Reports, and Equipment Maintenance Work Orders. In addition, this class will provide an in-depth overview and demonstration of Mobile eCMS applications, including Payroll Time Entry, Time and Attendance, and Field Reporting.
